Our partner school in Bradford is seeking a skilled educator to join their team from September 2024. Role Overview:
As a Teacher of Maths, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to inspire young minds, develop their mathematical skills, and contribute to their overall academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student achievement and behaviour, communicating effectively with parents and guardians as required.
Essential Criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience teaching Maths at secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
