Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Job Description: A Bradford Primary school are seeking an experienced HLTA to join their school on a long-term basis to provide support to pupils and staff, contributing to high standards and achievements. The role will involve supporting the teacher in behavioural management and in the delivery of lessons. You may also be required to plan and deliver your own classes due to unplanned absences. 1:1 work may be required at times. . Have experience dealing with behaviours and incidents in the classroom. . Can motivate and encourage pupils to achieve their potential. . Be able to effectively liaise with staff members and report incidents professionally.
