Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Full-time position (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 3.30pm ) have been approached by a forward-thinking school based in Sheffield who are committed to providing outstanding opportunities for all our students to enable them to become the best that they can be. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant you will be required, under the guidance of a teacher, to manage specialist support in a specific area of the curriculum and take a lead role in addressing the needs of pupils who require help to overcome barriers to learning. All staff will demonstrate those philosophies which characterise effective schools - a commitment to education, to the needs and rights of all pupils and to the development of the schools community, with strong, mutually supportive relationships with parents, partner schools and the broader community.
