Role Overview:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classrooms and ensuring that students remain engaged and on task during a teacher's absence. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive learning environment and supporting both students and school staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure that students complete their assigned work.
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere.
- Address any behavioural issues in line with the school's policies.
- Provide feedback to the school about the day's events and any issues that arose.
