Ventro Grooup are looking for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer in Bradford to join our team.

You will be part of a successful team responsible for the operation of our active fire division, working alongside your colleagues maintaining fire systems and enhancing the company鈥檚 reputation with regards to service and quality.

This is an on-site role and will involve travel.

Role Responsibilities

路 Fire alarm, AOV and emergency lighting maintenance.

路 Maintain Fire Systems in line with current standards and customer requirements

路 Respond to demand service calls on fire systems in line with current standards and customer requirements

路 Plan and implement routine and demand call visits for your area

路 Effectively communicate with our customers to ensure a full understanding

路 Able to work on own initiative

路 Be responsible for the management and security of own equipment stock in an efficient and economical manner by determining stock levels in relation to work activities and ordering stock items as and when appropriate

路 Attend training sessions as required and identify and communicate with Manager any personal training and development needs

路 Responsible for achieving your personal goals and achieving team targets

路 Weekly reporting to management

路 Attending quarterly team meetings and sharing best practices and experiences

路 Understand the company鈥檚 obligations under the contract

路 Ensure compliance with Ventro processes and procedures at all times

路 Maintain a presentable image by adherence to the Ventro dress code

路 Promote the profile of Ventro

路 Promote a clear focus on quality assurance, service accessibility and responsiveness, maximising client involvement and feedback

路 Engage actively with key Clients

路 Attend Client and communication events, open days, meetings and conferences if required

路 Promote customer service excellence

路 Supporting the business in community initiatives, events, new business and customer presentations

路 Communication

路 Develop and maintain productive relationships with all members of the Ventro team.
