Qualiteach Yorkshire are currently looking for an empathetic idividual to support an EHCP learner in a Primary School.
The role will be working within a mainstream primary school supporting a learner with an EHCP -which can create a barrier to learning. This will include both 1-1 support and additional classroom support.
The school itself is easily accessible via car and public transport and has a fantastic reputation.
You will need to be able to quickly build rapport with young children who are often disengaged with education.
What you will need:
- A range of behaviour management techniques.
- To have worked with learners with a range of needs.
- The ability to engage a young person in learning through a range of methods.
- To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time.
- EYFS knowledge including personal care.
- Must have EHCP expereince.
