POSITION DETAILS - Educational Health Care Case Worker路 Location - Bradford 路 Start date - ASAP 路 End date (if applicable) - N/A long term to permanent role路 Full time/part time - Full Time 路 Rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP120 per day 路 Hours - 9:00am - 5:00pm 路 Hybrid Working - Work From Home days and in office EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS路 You will need to be able to evidence your experience in carrying out needs led integrated assessments for ages for children and young people aged 0-19, collaboratively working with service users, and other professionals. 路 QTS - desirable 路 You will need significant experience of handling tribunals and mediation's路 Excellent IT and organisational skills 路 Be able to prioritise your own workload and also meet statutory timescales 路 Knowledge and experience in planning and facilitating person centred multi-agency meetings 路 Ability to demonstrate your ability to construct and develop EHC Plans from approved assessments, to meet the needs of children and young people and help them to achieve outcomes 路 Good understanding of the issues facing families where children and young people have special educational needs and/or disabilities 路 Knowledge of the Person Centre planning and processes 路 Experience in chairing and leading meetings and experience of problem solving, resolving conflict and mediation TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:路 Hold Right to Work in the UK 路 Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application 路 Provide two professional child related references OTHER:If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
