Justteachers are excited to be working with a welcoming and inclusive SEND school in Bradford, which is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.
This full-time, long-term supply role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students who need it most, providing them with the tools and support for both in and out of the classroom. This position is ideal for someone with patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping students overcome challenges and thrive in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a safe and supportive environment, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH
- Supporting the class teacher with positive and captivating earning approaches
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- Experience working within an educational or care setting
- Good knowledge/ understanding of SEND
- Two education or school-based references
- A clear Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply for one
