NonStop's client based in West Yorkshire are seeking Residential Practitioner to help children with disabilities to remain in their own home and community by providing social care support to the children and families.

Your role would be to support and enhance the young people's time away from their family home offering activities and stimulation within the home and the community. The residential short break services include overnight stays, with holiday day care for children aged 5-18 years.

You should have relevant experience of working with children. Along with this, you should also have the QCF Level 3 or equivalent in residential childcare. You will be part of a team that is committed to inspiring and motivating people in this type of setting to ensure exceptional care for children.
