White Label Recruitment are currently working exclusively in partnership with an engineering manufacturer that are based in Bradford. This extremely well established and successful business are well-known and well-respected in the industry. They are now looking to take on a Estimator / Internal Sales person.
Responsibilities
- Receive enquiries via telephone and email
- Evaluate specification documents drawings for the quotes (full training will be provided on this)
- Preparing quotations
- Sending quotation to customers
- Compiling technical submittals
- Manage multiple quotes at one time
- Communication with customers
- Processing orders
- Working with line manager and other departments to comply and improve company processes
- Providing ad-hoc support as needed to other departments
Skills and Experience
- Have a strong background in Internal Sales/ Sales Support producing quotations
- Must have experienceworking with engineering / mechanically engineered production quoting for these
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have strong Microsoft Word & Excel skills
- Strong degree of attention to detail
- Able to manage own workload and meet tight deadlines
- Proven work experience in a similar role
Salary & Benefits
- 28-30k (slight flexibility might be offered for the ideal candidate)
- 37.5 hours per week
- Flexi time and early Friday finishes
- Hybrid working up to 2 days a week from home
- 25-days holiday p.a. plus Public Holidays
