Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Adult Social Worker to join our team in Bradford.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting care act assessments
- Developing support plans
- Working with adults across all areas of adult social work
Requirements:
- Significant experience in completing care act assessments and support planning
- Experience across all areas of adult social work
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Valid Social Work England registration
