  • Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership development strategy
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address leadership development needs

  • Drive the implementation of behaviour change initiatives within the organisation
  • Support the talent management process by developing high potential leaders
  • Ensure that all leadership development activities align with the company's strategic goals
  • Measure the effectiveness of leadership development programmes and initiatives

Profile

A successful Leadership & Behavioural Development Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in leadership development within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective leadership development programmes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
