Team ManagerTeam: SENDLocation: Bradford Rate: £622.50 per day

• Lead the Contract & Quality function in relation to commissioned services in relation to children’s SEND, children’s social care & public health services• Provide management to a team of 7 contract managers and officers in relation to contract management of commissioned services, including the identification of financial, commercial and reputational risks to the council and its partners• Lead the response in relation to performance, quality, and value for money of in excess of £140m of commissioned activity per annum• Develop and implement clear contract management processes which ensure the delivery of positive outcomes and ensure value for money of commissioned services• Engage with senior leaders to set strategic direction in relation to commissioned services and ensure clear and evidence-based decisions

  • DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
  • Social Work England registration

  • Excellent communication skills and be able to make good decisions based on information available.
  • Can work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency set ups
  • Possess knowledge of service needs.
  • Competent IT skills and be able to navigate electronic file/recording systems.
  • Can write clear, concise, and robust assessment/reports/files.
  • Have a flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
