Ad Hoc Daily Cover Supervisor / Supply TeacherLocation: Bradford and Leeds

Veritas Education is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers to support our partner schools across the Bradford and Leeds areas. This role involves covering general subjects on an ad-hoc, daily basis, with opportunities for longer-term placements and career progression.

The Role:
  • Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behavior in line with school policies.
  • Ensure students remain engaged and focused on their tasks.
  • Support the school's ethos and contribute to student well-being.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous teaching or classroom management experience is highly desirable.
  • A confident, adaptable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate (on the update service) or willingness to apply for one.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
