About the Role: We are looking for passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support children aged 2-11 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Our pupils have a range of needs, including severe learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges. Your role will be to help these pupils thrive in their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized and small group support.
  • Implement Individual Learning Pathway Plans (ILPPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Use communication methods like Makaton, PECS, and communication aids.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support social and emotional development through various approaches.
