What will the role involve?

Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy to enhance stock integrity, optimize commercial performance, and ensure seamless project management.
Regularly evaluate and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze and forecast ongoing stock level needs, implementing strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels for superior customer service and commercial success.
Monitor logistics operations to guarantee smooth functioning, addressing issues promptly to uphold stock integrity.
Collaborate with suppliers to identify cost-saving solutions, negotiating favorable terms to improve overall supply chain efficiency.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure excellent customer service while working closely with the Finance Director and CEO on cash flow management.
Oversee the purchasing team and manage the purchasing function, ensuring effective supplier management and contributing to stock integrity.
