Technical Sales Engineer (FIBRE OPTIC TEST) - Bradford, West Yorkshire

A new vacancy for a Technical Sales Engineer with specialist provider of technical products and services relating to electronic test & measurement. Based at the company's site in Bradford, West Yorkshire, the Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for selling and supporting the the company's range of products & services, in a role that will involve both dealing with existing and new customers.

Candidates for this Technical Sales Engineer role should be qualified in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Physics discipline, with at least 2yrs experience in either a sales or technical support role. Candidates with experience in areas such as Optical Measurement, Fibre Optic Cable testing and/or working with high-end Electronic Instruments will be of particular interest, although training can be provided in the company's range of products & services. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong technical aptitude combined with a proactive and creative approach to sales/business development work; he/she should also ideally have the potential to move into a more senior sales team management role within the medium to long-term.
