Huntswood is looking for Call Handlers with excellent admin skills to join an exciting project for a wealth and pensions provider. If you are a friendly person who enjoy giving a good customer service experience, then we have a role for you.

As a Call handler your main duty will be to deal with inbound calls from customers who have general enquires or want to make changed to their products or details. You will make updates to the databases, give customer information when required or guide customers through online options and processes.

Start Date: Monday 28th October 2024

Day Rate: 124 a day - Husp Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via the Husp Umbrella company, we can assist you with this

Location: Working from home

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours a week between 08:00 to 19:00

What Huntswood is looking for:

  • Telephony Customer Service experience dealing with general enquires
  • Pensions experience and knowledge would be beneficial
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Excellent communication skills to guide customers through processes
  • Excellent administration skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working to targets/SLAs
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
