The Maintenance team manager will be responsible for:
- Managing the work schedule of 4 trades operatives
- Back office admin for the team, including updating of scheduling software and Microsoft teams.
- Maintaining high levels of service for the organisations tenants
Maintenance team manager experience requirements:
- Experience working within a trades team
- Experience in property maintenance/ construction
- Must be IT literate
