My client is seeking a Maintenance Team Manager to oversee a team of 4 trades operatives in West Yorkshire.
This role is ideal for a Senior Multi Trade operative looking to transition to a managerial position with some administrative responsibilities.
The Maintenance Team Manager will be responsible for managing work schedules, back office administration, and ensuring high service levels for tenants.
Candidates should have experience working within a trades team and in property maintenance or construction, and must be IT literate.
This is a 5-month contract position offering a salary of £25 per hour umbrella.

My client are looking for a Maintenance team manager to lead a team of 4 trades operatives. Niyaa people are working with a housing provider based in West Yorkshire that are looking for a Maintenance team manager to lead a team of 4 trades operatives working on my clients responsive repair work load.It would suit a Senior Multi Trade operative who is looking to move "off tools" and gain some low level managerial expereince.

The Maintenance team manager will be responsible for:

Managing the work schedule of 4 trades operatives
Back office admin for the team, including updating of scheduling software and Microsoft teams.
Maintaining high levels of service for the organisations tenants

Maintenance team manager experience requirements:

Experience working within a trades team
Experience in property maintenance/ construction
Must be IT literate
