This is a crucial newly created role which is responsible for driving the development and execution of a change programme, focusing on the people impacts element of change. This is an initial 6 month position, working as part of a larger HR team and requires a dedicated individual with a passion for organisational development/effectiveness and driving culture change.

Description

  • Develop and lead the execution of the Organisation Effectiveness Programme.
  • Focus on the result of transformation change on employees and people readiness.
  • Drive change initiatives within the HR department.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align departmental goals with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor progress and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Identify and address any potential risks or issues that may affect programme delivery.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives as part of the programme.

Profile

To be successful for this role, you will need the following:

  • Available to start a 6 month role (short notice period considered)
  • Organisational Development/L&D background with a leaning/understanding of considering the people impacts of change.
  • Experience of driving culture change.
  • Proven experience in managing organisational effectiveness programmes, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • A clear understanding of the HR and its impact on organisational effectiveness.
  • Good knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the non-profit sector would be ideal.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of £45,000 - £65,000 DOE.
