Payroll Team Leader | £36,000 - £43,000 | Permanent | Yorkshire | Hybrid:
Castlefield Recruitment are working with a highly reputable organisation in Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Payroll Team Leader to their team on a permanent basis. The role offers hybrid working, generous annual leave and other great benefits.
Duties:
- Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring this is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- First point of contact for internal stakeholders, to resolve any payroll related queries and provide payroll advice
- Process payroll reconciliations and pension administration
- Implementing process improvements where required
- Develop the payroll teams customer service and ensure performance targets are met
Experience:
- Previous experience using iTrent payroll system (essential)
- Great understanding of the PAYE legislation, HMRC requirements and Payroll compliance
- Experience managing end-to-end payroll and ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Ability to produce technical reports based on payroll data
