Are you a Welder/Fabricator looking to take a step up in your career to a senior role?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a company at the forefront of their industry and lead a workshop for the production of bespoke, high-end handling machinery.
With full management training available this will open the door for you to become the go-to expert for everything within the workshop.

The company are the UK's leading supplier of a specialist, bespoke product looking to continually grow and broaden their client base making no two days the same in this exciting role.

You will be responsible for liaising with the design team, managing the various workshop teams as well as this you will be responsible for the fabrication, welding, machining and assembly team ensuring that operations are running well.

This role would suit a welder/fabricator looking to take a step into a more senior role and lead a team in an exciting company.

The Role:

  • Lead a manufacturing team on niche/bespoke products delivered by the design team. Including - welder/fabricators, machinists and assembly workers
  • Monday to Friday - 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Extensive training



The Person:

  • Experienced welder/fabricator in workshop environment
  • Any additional experience in mechanical engineering, machining, team leading, assembly beneficial
  • Looking to step into a more senior role
