What You Will Do:

Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
Analyse production data to recommend improvements for efficiency and waste reduction while maintaining product quality.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Train staff on new equipment and processes, enhancing team capabilities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and track spare parts using the in-house system.
Adhere to the highest standards of health and safety, food safety, and hygiene.

What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, and production processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
A collaborative team player who is adaptable to different manufacturing IT systems.
