What You Will Do:

  • Perform fault-finding, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Analyse production data to recommend improvements for efficiency and waste reduction while maintaining product quality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Train staff on new equipment and processes, enhancing team capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and track spare parts using the in-house system.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of health and safety, food safety, and hygiene.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering, ideally within the food manufacturing industry.
