Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support new and existing projects within the rail industry, working closely with business departments and clients.
- Prepare proposals, technical reports, project plans, and documentation.
- Manage engineering changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry and company standards.
- Work collaboratively with teams across Engineering, Commercial, and Production to enhance workstreams.
- Monitor and track project metrics, identifying trends and improvements.
- Ensure quality and safety compliance by supporting audits, investigations, and reporting.
- Travel to customer and supplier sites as required to support project development.
About You:
- Experience in the rail industry is preferred.
- Strong project management and engineering experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in IT and software tools to support project control and documentation.
