Salary £60,000 to £70,000 plus Car allowance.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of multi-disciplined field service engineers, ensuring the highest levels of installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage training and development for the service team, aligning capabilities with the company's growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, improving response times and overall service quality.
- Create and present detailed reports to senior management, providing insights into service operations and performance.
- Oversee the management of spare parts and sales opportunities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and customer support.
What You Will Bring:
- Over 5 years of technical service management experience in a high-value machinery or related industry.
- Proven ability to manage remote technical resources and cultivate a high-performance team culture.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost analysis and service delivery optimization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- An engineering or scientific background, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UPVC/fenestration industry.
