Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented assistant restaurant manager, for an award winning Hotel in the Braemar area. A renowned establishment for its fine dining and impeccable service, the successful candidate will be passionate for delivering a unforgettable guest experience.

Working closely with the restaurant manager, the successful assistant restaurant manager will ideally have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. It is essential that you have worked in a previous fine dining experience, and would suit somebody looking to progress their career.

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities to include;

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of dedicated F+B team members, fostering a positive attitude.
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest service, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Assist the restaurant manager in managing inventory, minimising waste and contributing to the restaurants financial success.
  • Contribute to the development of new menus, service standards, and innovative guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, within a fine dining setting, a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
