Accounts and Audit Senior Job Overview
  • Ensuring the accounts file is complete and ready for review by manager or direct by partner
  • Preparation of management accounts on larger clients
  • Review of assistant team members work, identifying training needs and providing feedback
  • Providing support to managers
  • Preparing corporate tax computations and liaising with the tax department
  • Managing assistant team members by delegating work to appropriate support member, training and developing other team members in a supportive manner
Accounts and Audit Senior Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-6 years accountancy practice experience
  • A qualified or recently qualified ACCA or ACA
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting disclosures including FRS102 and IFRS (an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of audit regulations for statutory audits
  • Able to commute to Braintree
  • No requirement for visa sponsorship
