Our client are a growing practice based in mid-Essex providing accounting and business advice to a wide range of individuals and their businesses.
As part of their development they seek a senior accountant to join the team providing first class accounting services to clients, a role where someone can look to develop their own skills whilst adding value to clients.
This role is a hands-on role with a real variety to the work.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of annual accounts, management accounts and personal tax returns.
- Preparing management account
- Bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns
- Build positive relationships with clients in person, telephone and via email.
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients and promote the services of the business to clients and potential clients.
The role would suit a candidate with a broad experience from accountancy practice, candidates can be qualified or qualified by experience. The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to manage your workload and a desire to be part of the growth of the business.
