Support Administrator / Recruitment Support Administrator

Hybrid Role | Up to £28,000

Location: Braintree - MUST BE A CAR DRIVER

Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional administrative skills and a creative side waiting to be unleashed? We're looking for a Support Administrator to join our boutique recruitment agency to support all operations and assist in the delivery of our marketing communications with the head of marketing.

Due to our office location, you must be a car driver for this role as we are not accessible via public transport.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include general administration duties, database management and social media support. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experts with a wealth of experience in both recruitment and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing director, consultants, sales and marketing team

  • Support email marketing campaigns and maintain professional social media content in line with the overall marketing strategy

  • Manage and maintain our database with precision and accuracy

  • Liaise with candidates to schedule interviews and manage appointment calendars

  • Ensure all candidate compliance documents are collected, verified and properly stored

  • Maintain accurate candidate profiles and documentation

  • Obtain and verify references for successfully placed candidates

  • Manage job board platforms, including posting advertisements, tracking performance, and conducting regular reporting.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and special projects as needed

The Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional computer literacy with confidence using various software applications

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

  • Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks

  • Confident and articulate communicator, both written and verbal

  • Creative thinker who can develop engaging content for different social platforms

  • Experience with social media management is a plus, an interest in marketing and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification (any discipline)

  • Min of 3 a-levels or equivalent
