As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:
- Perform the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Manage people and processes within the theatre environment
- Utilise your orthopaedic scrub experience to ensure high standards of care
- Support the development and training of junior staff
- Maintain current NMC/HCPC registration
- Optionally, hold a Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA)
