A client of ours in the Braintree area are recruiting a Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm, working 4 days in the office and Fridays from home. Paying 30,000 - 35,000 per annum + commission (OTE 60,000 per annum) depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Visiting new and current customers at their place of work
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Negotiating sales terms and closing sales with current and new customers
- Explore market to find new solutions for customer needs
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Provide customers with quotations when requested
- Maintaining a clear and up to date diary system, showing all appointments, cold calls and prospecting activity
- Following up customer enquiries
- Fully utilise CRM software to track leads
- Work closely with our current sales team to achieve company targets
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Sales Executive position:
- Proven sales or business development experience.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management.
- Strategic planning skills to drive business growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
