Salary; £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Location: Braintree

Start date: ASAP depending on notice period

About the Role

As a Production Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned production lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate versatility, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate production lines under limited supervision, following established plans to meet targets
  • Cross-train across various equipment to maximise manufacturing team flexibility
  • Work throughout the factory as needed to support daily operations
  • Follow Work Instructions precisely to ensure safe operations and quality standards
  • Maintain excellent workplace organisation
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve key production goals
  • Ensure manufactured products meet customer expectations
  • Promptly escalate any quality issues that arise
  • Achieve established quality targets and on-time delivery objectives
Hours of Work:
  • Monday - Thursday: 7am - 4pm
  • Friday: 6am - 12pm

  • Previous experience in a production environment (CNC or joinery experience preferred)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely with minimal supervision
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
