Just Recruitment is working with a young and vibrant company built on the values of putting their clients first, providing the highest quality in service and a being a great team.They have big growth plans and are looking for an ambitious and talented individual to join their growing team at their site in Earls Colne.Duties include:Customer Account Management:Assisting with the onboarding of our new clients, working closely with the management teamAssisting management with client account health on our inhouse systemSupport managers to build and maintain the client relationshipAssist the management team with new client campaigns and procedures to ensure successful implementation and deliveryProcessing daily system errorsUploading spreadsheets to internal systemsProviding software templates to clientsProviding clients with regular carrier and courier updates, updating internal software to reflect the changesEscalating issues to the relevant managersOther responsibilities will include:Answering the telephoneReplying to emailsMeeting and greeting site visitorsCandidate experience and requirements:An ability to learn new skillsA desire to expand your work-based knowledgeA desire to work in a team environmentOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsA passion to deliver outstanding customer serviceA strong willingness to be helpful to clients and an eagerness to solve any problemsA can-do-attitude, with a hands-on-approachKnowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, Word, and Web-based systemsAbility to escalate issues using your own initiativeSelf-motivationKnowledge of order management software08:30 - 17:30 Monday to Friday, Full-time, 40 hours a week, office based - free parking on site
