A leading modern software and technology business are expanding their team and looking for a Customer Onboarding Administrator.

With a mission to make technology simple whilst also providing first class customer service this is a key role for the business.

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will ensure all clients have a smooth onboarding journey. Guiding them through the process and dealing with any questions or queries they have

  • Act as a primary point of contract for new customers during the onboarding process
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding activities including account step up, training sessions and system configuration
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover
  • Monitor onboarding progress and provide updates to clients
  • Maintain onboarding documentation, checklists and training materials
  • Dealing with any questions or queries
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Collate client feedback

The ideal candidate will need previous experience within an Administration, On boarding or customer service role with a proactive and organised approach.
