Customer Service Administrator

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Full time in the office, 5 days per week)

Our client, a leading global business based in the Braintree area of Essex is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all customers/clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, an excellent telephone manner and will have the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing orders.
  • Deal with any customer enquiries (either via email or phone) promptly.
  • Liaising with other departments.
  • General Administrationduties set by the hiring manager.
  • Arranging returns and raising purchase orders.
  • Updating customer details on internal databases.
  • Providing ad-hoc support.

Your Background & Skill:

  • Previous experience within a similar Customer Service/Administration role will be essential.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • MS Office - competent with these packages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
