Sales Order Processor

About the Role:
Working as part of a close-knit sales team, you'll provide vital administrative and customer service support. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing customer sales orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Handling telephone and email customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinating with courier services to resolve delivery issues
- Managing product returns process
- Generating purchase orders for suppliers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience (sales experience not essential)
- Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Holiday - 28 Days (including bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)
Salary -£26,000 per annum
