3 month contract - Hybrid Working
8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
£12.70 per hour
A local council are hiring a Customer Service Officer on a 3 month contract.
Role:
Working as part of a busy team you will provide advice and support to customers on a range of Council services
- Support customers by phone, email and face to face
- Deal with queries for multiple services (waste collection, food vouchers, environmental and much more)
- Taking messages for other departments
- Able to provide a high quality, customer focused service
You will need to be able to work well in a busy environment with good written and verbal communication skills
