A local council are hiring a Customer Service Officer on a 3 month contract

Working as part of a busy team you will provide advice and support to customers on a range of Council services

Support customers by phone, email and face to face
Deal with queries for multiple services (waste collection, food vouchers, environmental and much more)
Taking messages for other departments
Able to provide a high quality, customer focused service

You will need to be able to work well in a busy environment with good written and verbal communication skills
