I am working with a leading manufacturer who are hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Within this role you will provide a high level of customer service and support to their clients
- Account Management - dealing with any questions or queries
- Answering leads and sending out quotes over the phone or by email
- Liaising with suppliers when needed for product information
- Processing orders and amendments
- Up selling or recommended new products to existing clients when necessary
- Processing the sales teams order confirmation
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service with the confidence to speak with clients on the phone and by email
