Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years curriculum and framework
- Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment where all children can flourish.
- Encourage a love for learning by fostering a supportive and stimulating atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents to enhance the students' educational experience.
- Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to continually refine your teaching practice.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Good phonics knowledge
- A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for delivering engaging lessons.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
- A commitment to supporting the well-being and success of every student.
