Randstad Education is now recruiting a Reception Teacher to support an Early Years Primary setting in the Braintree area. As a Reception Teacher you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners, therefore you must have a passion for teaching and be able to create a nurturing and safe environment for all students.

Early childhood education is a special and fulfilling field. This is a full time role that comes with the full responsibility of the class teacher, and is for the Summer term, starting mid-April. There may be the possibility of a more long term role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Motivate and inspire young learners .
- Track student progress and collaborate with parents.
- Safeguard children and manage disruptive behaviour.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential.
- Engaging and interactive teaching style.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option).
