We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced Core Subject Tutors to join the team of Remedy Tutors. As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the skills of our diverse student population.

This will be based in and around the Braintree Area.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills across core subjects.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to express themselves.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet the needs of individual students.

Requirements:

  • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
  • Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
