Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Field Service Generator Engineer covering the Essex and Berkshire area on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will provide onsite customer support to a range of generator machinery within the region, with a primary focus on keeping the machinery in peak operating condition through scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Roles & Responsibilities:
路 Working in both a workshop and site environment
路 Electrical and mechanical repairs and duties
路 Electrical and mechanical fault finding
路 Repairing and servicing generators
路 Investigating, diagnosing and resolving customer reports of technical problems
路 Providing excellent customer service
路 Ensuring compliance with relevant procedures while inspecting and repairing equipment
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:
路 Solid mechanical aptitude
路 Minimum 5 years generator experience
路 Knowledge of engines, alternators, control panels and wiring diagrams
路 Diagnostic and leadership skills able to work in a team or alone
路 Driving License
路 Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills
路 Proficiency with MS Office
路 Interpersonal relationships/ Customer awareness/ Commercial awareness
Working hours are Monday - Friday 40 hours weekly with overtime available.
In return our client offers a salary between 拢15.00 - 拢18.50 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half.
