Salary:
17.00ph - 19.00ph
Location: Braintree

Hours: 07:30am- 16:30pm Mon - Thurs & 07:30am - 13:10pm on a Friday.

Proactive are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Panel Wirers begin work for a leading engineering company based in Braintree.

You will be responsible for:

  • Fitting and wiring of electrical control panels to industry standards.
  • Working from technical electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Ensuring component quantity and quality before each job.
  • Assembly of wiring loom kits using various tools.
  • Conduct electrical testing/fault finding and resolution.
  • Ability to produce test certificates.
  • Able to work with limited supervision and initiative.
  • Maintaining all manufacturing records and ensure quality control.
  • Compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to read and understand technical electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • AbiBe able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Good comunication and teamwork abilities.
