Our client is seeking experienced Electrical Chargehands / Lead Electricians to join a significant new build infrastructure project in Braintree, Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising electrical installations, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Installing CMS, bracketry, lighting, cabling and conducting necessary testing
- Coordinating and overseeing team activities to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Addressing and resolving any on-site issues related to electrical installations
- Maintaining accurate documentation of work performed and reporting to project management
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience as an Electrical chargehand or Lead Electrician on industrial projects
- Hold an ECS Gold Card
- SSSTS certification is essential
- Proficiency in electrical installations, including CMS, bracketry, lighting, and cabling
- Strong understanding of electrical testing procedures and safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Day shifts 6:30-4:30 paid at 29ph
