We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Central Developer to support a major on-premise to cloud migration project. This role requires expertise in Microsoft D365 Business Central, along with experience in discovery, third-party integrations, B2B business processes, service management, and field service solutions. You will play a key role in developing, customising, and optimising Business Central solutions to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a seamless migration to the cloud.

• Develop and customise Microsoft D365 Business Central solutions to support business requirements.

• Assist in the on-premise to cloud migration, ensuring seamless data transfer and system functionality.

• Work closely with Solutions Architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to implement best practices.

• Manage and develop third-party integrations, ensuring system compatibility and smooth operations.

• Support B2B business processes, service management, and field service solutions within Business Central.

• Design and implement Field Service functionalities within Business Central to support operational workflows.

• Optimise system performance, security, and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central applications.

• Strong experience as a Microsoft Business Central Developer with expertise in D365 Business Central.

• Proven track record in on-premise to cloud migrations.

• Proficiency in AL, C/AL, C/SIDE development, and Business Central extensions.

• Experience in third-party integrations and API development.

• Knowledge of B2B business models, service management, and field service solutions.

• Experience in Field Service implementation within Business Central.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Location: Essex (Hybrid mix of onsite and remote working)
