The working hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm, with a salary starting at £15.14 per hour depending on experience.

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Charge Hand on behalf of our client based in Braintree on a temporary to permanentbasis.

The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining the yard, load and unload materials from containers and other duties.

Roles and responsibilities

Loading and unloading containers
Maintaining the yard.
Reporting any issues to necessary contacts.
Maintaining records and ensuring paperwork is up to date.
Assisting in planning and organising the day.
Operating a counterbalance forklift.
Managing the team by ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed.

Experience, Education & Qualifications

Counterbalance forklift licence required.
Ability to operate pallet jacks.
Understanding of CAD drawings.
Reliable
Enthusiastic approach
Good attention to detail
Flexible approach to working in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demands.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.

In return our client offers a salary starting at £15.14 per hour DOE.
