Early Shift
Monday - Thursday: 06:00am - 14:00pm
Friday: 06:00am - 13:30pm.
Late Shift
Monday - Thursday: 14:00pm - 22:00pm
Friday: 13:30pm - 21:00pm.
Successful candidate will be responsible for operating a number of CNC Sliding Head machines.
A certain amount of programing editing, tool change and in process adjustments will be required through prove out according to the tools list and works instructions, producing a valid first-off component, loading and operating machines to meet desired quantities.
Conducting in-process inspection, checking against drawings and specifications to ensure they are made accurately to the highest standards.
Skills:
* Experience in setting and operating CNC Sliding Head lathes.
* Experience of reading and understanding engineering drawings and tolerances.
* Proficiency in a range of measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
