We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Interview Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the onsite interview arrangements for the Service Users (SU's). This includes ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and in good working order, providing technical support, and conducting welfare checks to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision. You'll work alongside a dedicated team, providing comprehensive support for all aspects of interview logistics and facilitating a seamless experience for both Service Users and Colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onsite interview arrangements, ensuring all required equipment is set up and in good working order.
- Support with any technical issues that may arise during the interview process.
- Conduct welfare checks to ensure Service Users are supported throughout their interviews.
- Provide a thorough handover to team members on a rotational basis.
- Work effectively with colleagues and Service Users, both onsite and remotely across different locations.
- Maintain excellent communication with team members, Service Users, and other stakeholders.
- Follow a structured rota system, working three 8-hour shift patterns: early, main, and late shifts between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm on a three week shift pattern.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role (preferably related to interviews or similar settings).
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and an understanding of basic interview equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and Service Users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while remaining an effective team player.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working on a rota system.
- A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
