We are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to join our team in the Braintree area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small class of children, providing personalised and focused education.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student performance.
- Participate in school events and activities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS2 students.
- Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
